Breakfast: Banana-Coconut Overnight Oats

Today I present to you the beginning of a series with various oat breakfasts prepared from the previous day or evening. Due to the fast pace of life, we usually do not have time to have breakfast, so my co-workers and I decided to prepare such breakfast for the next working day for every weekday. We provided the necessary material into our office kitchen: oatmeal and chia seeds in stock, as well as unsweetened liquid (usually dairy product). For all other features, we are guided by our creativity and it is very interesting for us. Try to introduce this with your colleagues, family or roommates, and see which of you will make the best oatmeal breakfast. Together it is much more fun! Let's dispel myths that we do not have time for breakfast on weekdays, especially to prepare breakfast in the morning (and a healthy one)! All you need to get started are these sweet jars and motivation.

  • 6 tbsp raw oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 250 ml lukewarm milk

  3. As a third layer, put thin slices of banana.
  4. As a fourth layer we add a little more oats, coconut, crushed hazelnuts and wild berries (frozen) for decoration.
  5. Close the jar and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
  6. The next morning we have a soft and perfect sweet breakfast.
