Total Time: 55 mins
Ingredients
For the crust (28 cm tart baking dish)
  • 70 g almonds
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 1 piece of baking powder (10 g)
  • 1 cup of wholemeal flour (not very full)
  • 1/2 lukewarm water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the filling
  • 1 handful of blueberries (not very full)
  • 100 g cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 dates (add one more if you want it sweeter)
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Grind the hazelnuts and almonds and place them in a bowl. Add the baking powder, water, flour, banana (mashed), and vanilla extract. Mix the mixture well and pour it into the tart mold (the mixture should be thick so that you can press the dough nicely on the sides of the tart mold).
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 3 minutes. Take out the crust and stab it with a fork so that air flows and the dough stays on the ground of the mold.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, then take out the crust for the tart. Leave it to cool, then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, blend the filling ingredients. Pour the resulting filling on the base of the tart and put the tart in the freezer until the next day.
  5. The next day, decorate the cake with coconut, fruit and melted dark chocolate. Cut it into pieces and store in the freezer. Remove pieces 10 minutes before each serving.
