Wholemeal Penne Bolognese ??
Bolognese sauce known in Italian as ragù alla bolognese, (or simply ragù) is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. Take a look at this 100% healthy variation of the sauce, combined with wholemeal pasta penne.

Instructions

Boil the pasta and as soon as they are ready, drain the water in which they were boiled and add half a tablespoon of parsley and half a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix them well.

Meanwhile, fry the onions and finely chopped (or grated) carrots in olive oil.

As soon as the onion becomes translucent, add the meat and spices. Fry until completely darkened and begins to separate.

Add the wine if you decide to add wine, otherwise add the tomato puree directly and let it simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Finally add the milk, a little parsley and add the sauce to the pasta bowl.

Mix well and serve with grated parmesan and arugula leaves.
