Servings: 6 yield(s)
Cook Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
  • 800 g sour cream
  • 1 kg biscuits (1/2 crushed pieces, 1/2 whole pieces)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or vegatable)
  • 200 g tropical or any fruit (I used mango, papaya, and pineapple)
Instructions
  1. Pour the sour cream and the crushed biscuits into a bowl. Add a tablespoon of vanilla extract and start mixing the ingredients with a tablespoon while adding crushed biscuits or just a bit of powdered sugar until you reach the preferred sweet taste. Put pieces of tropical fruit in the mixture.
  2. Arrange the whole pieces of biscuits in a bowl, previously placed in lukewarm milk to soften them. Arrange the biscuits in order, fill the filling until we have a mixture.
  3. Finally, sprinkle with pieces of fruit and crushed biscuits and leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours in order to strengthen the filling.
