(chopped in cubes)

tomato

Instructions

Chop the fillets into smaller pieces and then season with salt and black pepper. Place them in a baking pan.

Scramble the eggs in a large bowl, add all of the other ingredients (except the tomato), stir well, and than pour the mixture over the fillets. Chop the tomato into thin slices, and place them over the dish. Bake for 25 minutes on 200 degrees.
