Spanish Cuisine: Catalan Xató Salad ??

Xató is the name of the sauce of this salad, that is a typical Catalan dish (originating from Catalonia, Spain). It is a sauce that is a mix of several nutritive ingredients, which give an extraordinary taste. Catalans serve this dish with fish (mostly tuna) and olives, and this way, we get the delicious Xato salad. Also, there is a food festival Festival in Barcelona, "Xatonada Festival" where this local dish (salad) is served alongside with some wine. You should all give it a try!
