Smoothie Challenge Day 4: Yellow Smoothie

I present you my smoothie for DAY 4 of Bet You're Hungry Smoothie Challenge! I will call it Yellow Smoothie because of the yellow color, and I love it because it reminds me so much of summer and sunny weather! Additionally, it contains many yellow summer fruits, and it has anti-inflammatory effect because of the turmeric that I put in it. Not to mention how important is nowadays for us to get our immunity system functioning at the highest level. I used the following ingredients: frozen spinach, carrots, apricot, peach, banana, chia seed, honey, kefir and turmeric. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 appricots
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup of kefir
  • 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions
  1. Mix all together in a food processor, pour it in a glass or a bowl and enjoy!
