Smoothie Challenge Day 2: Green Smoothie

I present you my smoothie for DAY 2 of Bet You're Hungry Smoothie Challenge! I will call it Green Smoothie because of the green color, and I love it because I know that it will give me more nutritive benefits than any other smoothie. I used the following ingredients: frozen spinach, chia seed, cucumber, apricot, banana, dates and yoghurt. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
Instructions
  1. Mix all together in a food processor, pour it in a glass or a bowl and enjoy!
