Salmon Cutlets Baked In Foil

Extra fast and extra healthy lunch! What's better than salmon? To be fair, salmon is quite expensive to buy it fresh, but frozen salmon cutlets give almost the same effect in terms of taste, and are much cheaper. Believe me, every bite is worth it! And the fact that this delicious dish is prepared in 30 minutes is a completely different category of pleasure. Who hasn't tried salmon - please, try it right away!
Servings: 4 yield(s)
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Total Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
  • 600 salmon cutlets (4-5 medium cutlets)
  • 2 tsp vegetable spice or salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • bit of butter (for each cutlet and for the veggies)
  • 200 g mixed vegetables
Instructions
  1. Defrost the salmon cutlets, then place each one on a piece of aluminum foil. Season on both sides with salt (vegetable spice) and pepper and add a piece of butter. Wrap the foil nicely on each cutlet and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Put the vegetables (in my case, mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots and broccoli) in aluminum foil as well, season it with salt, put a piece of butter and put it nicely wrapped on the same tray where the cutlets are.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 185 degrees.
