Raw Vegan Cake

Dessert can be healthy, too! Here is a recipe for a cake that does NOT contain flour, refined sugar, nor cooking oil.

Ingredients
    Basis:
  • 200 g dates
  • 150 g almonds
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 4 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup rice milk (instead of rice milk, you can use almond or coconut milk)
  • Filling:
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g raspberries, strawberries or blackberries
  • 150 g walnuts (previously soaked in water for 24 hours)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Put the ingredients for the base in a blender, and then place the resulting mixture on a plate and shape it into a regular shape.
  2. Place the base in the freezer for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, put the filling ingredients in a blender.
  3. Once the base is nicely hardened, place a baking sheet around it, folded several times and shaped according to the shape of the cake to prevent the filling from growing. Put the filling on the axle and put the plate back in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  4. Once the filling is nicely hardened, take out the paper and decorate as you wish.
