cup of cold water

ice cubes

cup of espresso
(or 1/2 tsp Nescafe in 1/2 cup of hot water)
Instructions

Combine the raspberries, honey and water in a blender and pour the mixture into a glass.

Add the ice cubes and slowly add the espresso.

Wait 2 minutes for the two layers to come together and for the coffee to settle to the bottom. Stir with a spoon to make a foam and enjoy the refreshing drink!
