Pizza with flour-free dough ??

Ingredients
    Dough
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g grated mozzarela
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Toping
  • 2 tbsp tomato spread
  • 150 g mozzarela
  • 50 g prosciuto
  • 8 baby spinach leafs
  • 50 g unsalted olives
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan for spreading above the pizza
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp chilli spice
Instructions
  1. Grate the zucchini in a bowl and then add the beaten egg, grated mozzarella, black pepper, and oregano.
  2. Combine the mixture and pour it on the baking paper in a circular shape. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 230 degrees.
  3. Take out the dough and wait for 15 minutes before arranging the other ingredients on it.
  4. Once all the ingredients are set, bake for another 10 minutes at 190 degrees. Finally, sprinkle all over the pizza with grated parmesan. Bon appetit!
