Ingredients
  • 1 orange (or 1/4 grapefruit)
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend the ingredients, pour into bowls, and decorate as desired. I put oatmeal, nuts, unroasted almonds and chickpeas with honey and sesame seeds (my new discovery is in all well-stocked markets, not expensive, and very, very tasty). Cheers!
