Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries (frozen)
  • 1/3 cup of raspberries (frozen)
  • 2-3 dates
  • 6 mint leafs
  • 1.5 cup of carbonated water
  • 6 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put the dates in a blender together with 1 tablespoon of water and pulse briefly.
  2. Add the blackberries, raspberries, mint and sparkling water and pulse longer in the mixer until the mixture is completely combined.
  3. Add the ice cubes and garnish with lemon and mint leaf or basil.
