Mediterranean Cuisine: Cleaned Mussels With Wine & Garlic

I just simply adore seafood and how healthy it is. Mussels in particular, they are high in protein and low in fat. This is great news for anyone on a calorie restricted diet, as it shows it’s possible to enjoy exciting meals that are healthy without sacrificing flavor They are also high in zinc, iron and other minerals, vitamins A and B12. As a suggestion for your self-love for this weekend, I suggest you this delicious recipe, mussels in a delicious sauce. The magical sauce happens when the mussels are being cook, they give out so much water. And not just any water, it’s a delicious mussel-y seafood-ish water (you don't need salt either). It seems like a lot water at first, so feel free to let some evaporate before serving, or enjoy it saucy with the ingredients added below. I am already in love with this magic! Serve it with a glass of white wine.
