Ingredients
  • 500 g spinach
  • 2 spring onions
  • 400 g white cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 ml yogurt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach well and simmer it together with the onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, chop the cheese, add eggs, salt, pepper, and 2 cups of flour.
  3. Add the mixture to the bowl with the spinach, transfer it all to a baking pot, cover with egg, basil, and yogurt mix and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
