Ingredients
  • 400 g beef meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 bay leafs
  • 1/3 black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable spice (optional)
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
Instructions
  1. Make cuts on the large piece of meat and place it in a cooking pan. Cover it with water and cook it for 90 minutes over low temperature.
  2. In another pan, fry the finely chopped onion until it gets translucent, add the chopped garlic clove, the chopped carrots and potatoes, and cook them for 30-40 minutes, or until they go soft.
  3. When the meat is done, take it aside from the cooking pan and tear it down with a fork. Pour the pieces of meat back to the pan.
  4. Take the cooked vegetables and mix them in a food processor. Pour the mixture into the meat pan, and stir well so the mixture and the meat water get completely combined. Add salt, black pepper, chopped parsley and bay leafs. If you want more intensive taste, you can add some vegetable spice too. Cook foe another 10 minutes and serve it hot, with a piece of warm bread and garlic paste.
