Instructions

Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate them for 24 hours in the refrigerator with lemon juice, yogurt, ginger, and garlic spread.

Put the spinach in boiling water for 2 min, then blend it with the milk.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and add cumin, garam masala, cardamom, black pepper.

Add the chopped onion and simmer until caramelized.

Add mashed tomatoes, cook 10 min on low heat, then add the meat and cook 15 min on high heat.

Add coriander, turmeric, chili, and salt, mix and cook another 5 min. In the end, add the spinach-milk mixture.
