Healthy TWIX Cookies

Do you recall the awesome crunchy taste of the TWIX chocolate bars? Well, I recreated them for you in a healthy version. You will feel immense happiness with every bite, I guarantee you that. And, what's most important, your kids gonna love them!

Ingredients
    Cookie Layer
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter (unsweetened )
  • 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup of coconut flour
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Caramel Layer
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 3 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Chocolate Layer
  • 3 tbsp Choconella spread (or half dark chocolate with bit of coconut oil)
Instructions
  1. Mix the ingredients for the cookie layer. Place them on a baking sheet and flatten them well. Bake for 12 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. When they are done, let them cool down for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the caramel layer, and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. When it is cooled enough, form small balls with you fingers and put them over each cookie. Flatten the caramel too.
  3. Melt some Choconella spread or dark chocolate with coconut oil. Pour it over the cookies and freeze them for a 10 minutes. Enjoy!
