Healthy Snickers Energy Treats

Guys, believe me, you haven't tasted anything better than this in a looooong, long time. I challenge you to verify the stated above. You will not regret it!

Ingredients
  • 50 g hazelnuts (crushed)
  • 50 g unbaked peanuts (partly crushed)
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 10 dates
  • 1/2 cup of Nescafe ( dissolved in boiling water)
  • 50 g ried aronia, cranberry or other dried fruit
  • 30 g cornflakes (maybe more if desired, it gives the crunchiness inside)
  • 2 rows of dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Blend the dates and put the mixture in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl, mix with a spoon so that the mixture blends well, make the first type of round forms with your hands (I say the first type because they will not come out immediately as round as you hope because of the sticky mixture). Leave them on a plate for 10 minutes, and then form round balls from each of them with previously moistened hands. Arrange the balls in a bowl.
  2. Put them in the freezer for about 1 hour to harden, and then take them out and sprinkle them with melted dark chocolate. I also added pieces of grated white chocolate for decoration. Keep these snacks in the freezer and take them out 10 minutes before serving. Thank me later ️♥️
