Healthy Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona Coffee is a current internet hit. It looks delicious even though is quite simple to make, and everyone around the world is making it! It is actually a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. I received many requests from you to try and make a healthy Dalgona Coffee, so check it out!

Ingredients
-
1
tbsp
instant coffee or Nescafe
-
1 or 2
tsp
brown sugar
-
2
tbsp
hot water
-
1/2
cup of plant-based milk
(I use rice milk)
-
4
ice cubes
-
1
tbsp
peanut butter
Instructions
-
Put coffee, brown sugar and hot water in a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer until you get a firm foam.
-
Pour the milk into a glass (I use rice milk powder, I dissolve it in cold water and combine it in a blender to get a homogeneous liquid without lumps and thus, beautifully-tasting milk) and put the ice cubes in the milk.
-
Spoon the foam into the coffee, slowly so that the layers of milk and coffee do not come together.
-
Melt a little peanut butter in the microwave and pour it over the foam. I will leave the ideas for an additional decoration to your imagination. Cheers!
