Creamy Arugula Chicken

I love creamy dishes and I am extremely happy if I get them to be creamy and healthy too. :) This a dish that I spontaneously created, but it tastes very, very good! I will definitely make it again on many occasions. It fits perfectly with potato wedges or some salad.

Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken meat
  • 1 tbsp sesame
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g red beans (canned)
  • 50 g mustard
  • 20 pieces of arugula
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 250 g cooking cream
Instructions
  1. Chop the chicken into cubes and season with salt and black pepper. Then coat each cube of chicken with mustard.
  2. Fry the meat together with the sesame seeds for a short time in olive oil. Then let it simmer for 15 minutes in the water that it will release.
  3. Add the canned red beans and simmer for another 10 minutes. Try a cube of meat to see if it is well cooked.
  4. Add 15 leaves of arugula and cooking cream. Simmer and stir for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. At the end of the top add 5 more leaves of arugula for decoration and serve with garnish with potatoes or salad.
