Russian Cuisine: Chicken Stroganoff
Chicken Stroganoff is one of my favorite foreign dishes, now adjusted with healthy ingredients and with a tiny pick of hazelnut flavor that I got through experimenting. I loved it!

cup of coconut milk

wholemeal flour

vegetable broth

Instructions

Chop the onion and the garlic cloves into small pieces. Fry them in a pan untill they get translucent.

Add the meat in the pan, previously chopped into cubes and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Cook it for 5-10 minutes, then and the water and the vegetable broth. Let it cook for about 20 minutes over a low heat.

When the water has been almost evaporated, add the mustard and the coconut milk. Add the crushed hazelnuts and a bit of parsley/arugula if you have one. Serve with any side dish you want.
