Bet You’re Hungry Salad

I will call it the "Bet You're Hungry Salad" since keep making it with the same and exact ingredients since the first day I invented it in my kitchen, just by mixing things that I had i my fridge. In our home it is one of our favorite breakfast for a while now, but you can also have it as any other meal during the day. Give it a try!

Ingredients
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 50 g green salad mix
  • 1/2 scallion
  • 2 tbsp cooking cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. If you want, you can have your salad with a toasted piece of wholemeal bread or you can also add a bit of shredded parmesan. Do not leave out the onion powder, it is the key ingredient. Enjoy!
